Example of RFID solution proposed by EDIPAX for the PBC module:
Overview:
- This solution is not standard and it varies depending on your situation.
- Similarly, we can generate less costly solutions to manage and control your crates such as VOICE, RFID, SCAN solutions or the possibility of combining all these solutions.
Overview of the solution:
1) Run Orders of crates online:
- Go to the command line interface.
- Fill the required fields.
- Validate data entered.
- Register data in the database concerned.
- If the command is accepted, then a receipt is sent to the user to confirm the acceptance of his order.
2) Receipt of the delivery note of discharge: DESADV
- The DESADV contains information from the delivery of crates such as:
Number of crates
Pallet quantity
Quantity of boxes per pallet
The date
The sender
The receiver
The DESADV number.
- The DESADV is the tool which will be based on the preparations for the reception of crates.
- The DESADV information that will be recorded in
the database can thereafter be compared to information
detected in the workplace.
3) Receipt of the delivery of crates:
- Control station of quality to check if the crates are in good condition or not: cleanliness
- Control of the quantity of crates delivered: through an RFID portal at the entrance of crates, detection and recording of the incoming command actually in stock.
- Generation of information tracing the reception of crates.
- Comparison of the information inserted in the DESADV with those detected by the RFID reader at the entrance
of the crates.
- If we are checking conformity of information, then a notice of receipt is sent to the supplier: RECADV.
4) Sending a RECADV (Receipt Advice) of crates:
- The RECADV is a confirmation of receipt of crates.
- Contains information from the receipt of delivery.
- Tool is based on the generation of INVOIC.
5) Reception of INVOIC:
- The electronic invoice contains information concerning the cost of the reception.
- It contains unit costs and total costs.
- Additional date information, quantity, number INVOIC.
6) RFID granty-shipment:
- After each stage of production, we move on to the stage of picking.
- To perform this last step, we need the crates.
- Providing crates from the warehouse.
- To update the stock and control the crates shipped; there is a need for RFID portal for shipment.
- The RFID portals are responsible for detecting the crates out of stock.
- The system generates traceability information of shipped crates.
- The stock of crates is updated automatically according to the variation of the stock through the RFID solution.
7) Generation of support:
- EDIPAX generates full support behind the solution.
- Install an SDK (help) online.
- Free training for users.
8) Pricing of PBC solution:
